Emma Watson showed off her lean physique in a sports bra as she headed to the gym for a workout in Pittsburgh on Sunday (May 29).

Nina Dobrev spoke recently with Seventeen Fitness and shared:

"I do a lot of yoga. I practice yoga three or four times a week. It’s an escape for me. People who are confident, happy, enthusiastic, vivacious and vibrant are the ones other people are generally attracted to. You’re drawn to those kinds of people—you’re not drawn to the person in the corner of the room counting calories with her shoulders slumped over."

"I’ve reached a point where I’m comfortable in my own skin, and I do what I need to do, to feel good, but I’m built the way I am. The dancer’s feet, the bruises on my legs, they’re not going to go away. I think real girls have bruises. Tough chicks get bruised. They get dirty. And they have fun. It’s just a part of life!"

Kristin Cavallari did just that during a photo shoot in Malibu, CA on Wednesday (May 25).

Gwen Stefani was spotted aboard a Luna mega-yacht in Cannes, France earlier today (May 23).

Gwen told Elle Canada that staying in shape isn't always as easy as it looks, revealing, "It's a daily struggle."

Stefani added, “I work out five days a week, and I can’t imagine not doing it. I’d like to have no rules and eat what I want but I’ve learned over the years that I’m so disappointed when I can’t wear the clothes I want to. And if I let myself down and go onstage when I’m not looking my best, it’s not fun for me – I just beat myself up about it.”

Julianne Hough was spotted riding her bike and relaxing poolside in Miami Beach, Florida on Friday (May 20).
