On her Oscar preparations: “Fifteen minutes before, the guy doing my hair goes, ‘If you can get a salad, get a salad…I said, ‘I’m getting a Philly cheesesteak.’ I’m sure there’s proof on a hotel bill somewhere.”

"Do whatever you like to do, eat how you want to eat, but just make sure you stay [active]. I take a lot of exercise cardio classes. I do a ton of squats."
Heather also noted that she finds a lot in common with her character Brittany Pierce. "I'm exactly like Brittany. I love to dance, I like to have fun. I want to make everybody laugh."
